US President Donald Trump is not doing his job, is undermining NATO unity and is seeking to improve relations with Russia.

Former US President Joe Biden said this.
“I think he (Trump), frankly, has done a very bad job on behalf of the United States of America... You know, the greatest alliance in the history of the world is NATO. And Trump has undermined it,” the former US president said in an interview with ABC.

Biden is also concerned that Trump is showing the whole world that he has ties to the Russian president.

Unlike Trump, who is known for his criticism of NATO, Biden has taken the opposite approach. At the 2021 Munich conference, he emphasized that “the United States is committed to the NATO alliance” and that Russian President Vladimir Putin “is seeking to weaken both the European project and the alliance itself.”
