US President Donald Trump has said he is ready to join talks on the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine in Turkey on Friday, if necessary.
"If something happens, I will go there on Friday, if it is appropriate," Trump said during a meeting with business leaders in Doha.
"But now we have people who are negotiating, I just hope that Russia and Ukraine can do something. This (war) has to stop," Trump added.
Recall that the delegations of Russia and Ukraine are in Istanbul, where direct talks between Ukraine and Russia are planned for the afternoon.
