Meeting of Russian-Ukrainian delegations begins in Istanbul

The Ukrainian delegation is represented by: Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga, Defense Minister Rustem Umerov and the head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak with two deputies. The Russian delegation is represented by the Russian Presidential Aide Vladimir Medinsky, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin, Chief of the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces Igor Kostyukov, and Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomin. |
