Negotiations are underway between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

As reported by APA, Secretary General of the Council of Europe Alain Berset told journalists in Tirana.

He said that he would visit Armenia in the near future:

"I am communicating with both sides. I will visit Armenia in the near future and hold negotiations"․
