Armenian security official to skip Moscow meeting

Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, will not participate in the 13th International Meeting of High Representatives for Security Affairs in Moscow, Russia scheduled to take place May 27-29, his office told Armenpress.
Secretary Grigoryan will not attend the meeting because he will instead participate in the events marking Republic Day on May 28 in Armenia.
