The meeting between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations has ended at the Ciragan Palace in Istanbul. It lasted a little over an hour and was held behind closed doors in Russian, RIA Novosti sources reported.

The Russian and Ukrainian delegations went to lunch after the meeting, a representative of the Turkish Foreign Ministry said.

The negotiations, according to him, were “not negative.”
