69 people injured in earthquake in Turkey
![]() 1300 Tuesday, 03 June, 2025, 09:27 A 6.2-magnitude earthquake has struck the Turkish resort of Marmaris, injuring more than 69 people. Panicked people were forced to jump out of windows of high-rise buildings. The tremors began overnight. 55 people were taken to hospital with injuries, 34 of whom jumped out of windows. A 14-year-old girl died from a panic attack caused by the tremors. |
