Russia strikes Ukrainian cities, casualties reported

Russia has hit the Kherson regional state administration building with guided aerial bombs.

According to the head of the Kherson regional military administration, Alexander Prokudin, 4 guided aerial bombs fell on the building in just 15 minutes.

The head of the Chernihiv administrative district reported that Russian strikes in the city of Prluky killed 5 people and wounded 6 more.

It is also reported that in the morning, Russian drones hit residential buildings in the city of Kharkov, causing fires, and 17 people were injured, including two children.

Russia has not yet commented on the incident.
