Ameriabank joins TOON EXPO to be held first time in Moscow
![]() 920 Wednesday, 11 June, 2025, 18:16 Ameriabank, the leader in the mortgage market, is set to participate in TOON EXPO, an international exhibition of real estate and construction initiated by Big Projects, that will be held on June 27-29, for the first time in Moscow. At the Ameriabank pavilion, the expo visitors will discover opportunities for acquiring real estate in Armenia with mortgage financing, tailored to their preferences and needs. The offerings will be available not only to residents of Armenia in Yerevan or the regions but will also to our compatriots in the Diaspora, as well as anyone interested in purchasing real estate in Armenia. “Our participation in TOON EXPO in Moscow stems from our belief that the connection with our compatriots in the Diaspora should be real, live, and constructive. We aim to hear them out and understand how we can assist them in their journey towards owning a home or acquiring investment properties in their homeland. In Moscow, we will have an opportunity to engage directly with our clients, identify their needs, and tailor our offerings accordingly. Armenia can and should become increasingly attractive for investments, and such events can serve this purpose,” said Vahram Gevorgyan, Head of the Lifetime Banking Tribe at Ameriabank. During the three-day expo, attendees will have the opportunity to explore Ameriabank’s mortgage offerings on-site and, if they wish, immediately submit an online application. Ameriabank has tailored a mortgage loan specifically for our compatriots living in the Diaspora. They can apply online for the purchase, renovation, or construction of real estate anywhere in Armenia, irrespective of their country of residence or location. There is no requirement for a registered income or permanent address in Armenia for loan consideration: the income earned abroad by the client is taken into account, and the loan is approved without charging any disbursement or service fees. During the expo, Ameriabank, along with its partner development companies, will present special offers, featuring the most competitive rates for the properties showcased. Moreover, with a down payment of 40%, the loan will be granted without the need for a creditworthiness assessment. “We have always prioritized long-term, trust-based collaborations with our partner development companies. This time, we are standing by their side again and are coming up with jointly developed profitable offers, especially for our compatriots in the Diaspora," comments Liana Aghayan, Mortgage Product Owner at Ameriabank. For our compatriots in the Diaspora, the loan can be provided in AMD, USD or EUR, with a repayment period ranging from 60 to 360 months. The terms and details of the loan are available on the official website of Ameriabank. As part of the Expo, attendees will be introduced to the myhome.am real estate ecosystem, which enables individuals to get a mortgage in Armenia in just 5 minutes, buy and lease real estate, explore listings of properties for sale abroad, receive preferential offers from partner organizations and much more. TOON EXPO will be held at Timiryazev Exhibition Center in Moscow on June 27-29.
