Israel launches attacks on Iranian oil and gas facilities

The fire that broke out after the Israeli strikes in the field area has been localized. According to Iranian media, work is currently underway to completely extinguish the fire. This attack by Israeli drones on Iranian energy infrastructure was the first strike since the start of a large-scale operation that began on the night of June 13. The South Pars gas field is the world's largest gas field, located in the Persian Gulf and in the joint territorial waters of Iran and Qatar. It contains 8% of the world's gas reserves and 50% of the Islamic Republic's total gas reserves. |
