"Russia is ready to assist in finalizing the peace treaty" - Peskov

Moscow hopes that there will be no new escalation between Azerbaijan and Armenia and that work on the peace treaty will be completed. This was reported by Russian Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov.
“The countries are very close to completing work on the peace treaty. And we hope that this work will be completed. This treaty is very necessary for stability and security in the region,” the Russian President’s Press Secretary told reporters.
“The Russian Federation, if there is a demand for it, is ready to do everything possible to contribute to this process,” he added.
