Bagai: "He who supports a crime is considered an accomplice"
![]() 671 Wednesday, 25 June, 2025, 17:22 NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte committed a disgusting act by congratulating US President Donald Trump on the strikes against Iran, the official representative of the Islamic Republic's Foreign Ministry Esmail Baghaei said. "It is shameful, disgusting and irresponsible for the NATO Secretary General to congratulate on a "truly extraordinary" criminal act of aggression against a sovereign state. Anyone who approves of injustice ceases to be honest. Anyone who supports a crime is considered an accomplice," Baghaei wrote in X. On June 24, Trump posted a screenshot of a correspondence with Rutte on the social network Truth Social, in which he thanked Trump for "the decisive actions in Iran that were truly extraordinary and that no one else dared to take." The NATO press service confirmed the authenticity of the correspondence. ![]() |
