This was reported to RIA Novosti by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. “We consider it important to strengthen the peace process in the region within the framework of friendly states, the countries of the South Caucasus and neighboring partner states, excluding external destructive interference,” the Russian Foreign Minister detailed. According to Lavrov, Moscow is ready to provide partnership support for the successful conclusion of negotiations between Baku and Yerevan in 2020-2022 on the basis of trilateral agreements between the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia, in the form and to the extent necessary for the parties. |
