The diplomatic agency also sent a note of protest to the Azerbaijani ambassador regarding Baku's unfriendly steps and deliberate measures to break off relations with Moscow. Earlier, a criminal case was initiated in Azerbaijan in connection with the death of two Azerbaijanis detained in Yekaterinburg. Azerbaijan accuses Russian law enforcement agencies of torturing them. |
