The rights of Azerbaijanis expelled from Armenia must be restored. Ensuring the rights of Western Azerbaijanis is of great importance. This was stated by Azerbaijani President Aliyev at the summit of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development in occupied Stepanakert.

“We highly appreciate the adoption of a resolution by all 57 member states at the Council of Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in Istanbul last month, which expressed support for the right of return of Azerbaijanis forcibly expelled from Armenia,” Aliyev noted.
