Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin expressed his position on the need to maintain a constructive information field around Russia in Armenia in a conversation with Armenian Ambassador Gurgen Arsenyan, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported.
“A number of issues of the bilateral and regional agenda were discussed, including the schedule of upcoming Russian-Armenian contacts. During the conversation, the head of the diplomatic mission was conveyed the position on the need to maintain a constructive information field around Russia and bilateral relations in Armenia,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on the diplomats’ meeting.
It is clarified that the Russian side approved Moscow’s proposal to Yerevan to hold another round of consultations between the relevant departments of the two countries.
