Kiev was attacked during the night

Russia launched a massive attack on Kiev and the Kiev region overnight, using missiles and drones. The airstrikes lasted for almost 10 hours, Ukrainian media reported.

The attack killed two people in the capital and injured 14 others.

In the Shevchenko district, fragments of the drones fell on a residential building, causing a fire. In the Darnytskyi district, a fire broke out at a gas station.

Several streets in Kiev are closed.
