Federal immigration officers in California have arrested Arpine Masihi, an Iranian of Armenian origin. She arrived in the United States as a refugee with her family back in the 1980s. In 2008, Masihi was convicted of theft, her green card was revoked. Now she is again in the spotlight of law enforcement.
