An Iranian woman of Armenian origin has been arrested in the United States. This is reported by Iranian media.

Federal immigration officers in California have arrested Arpine Masihi, an Iranian of Armenian origin.

She arrived in the United States as a refugee with her family back in the 1980s.

In 2008, Masihi was convicted of theft, her green card was revoked. Now she is again in the spotlight of law enforcement.

Arpine is an ardent supporter of Donald Trump, and her husband, Artur Saghakyan, publicly supports the tightening of immigration policy in the United States.
