US President Donald Trump sent a letter to Ali Khamenei with a 60-day ultimatum before the Israel-Iran conflict. This was stated by Kazem Gharibabadi, Deputy Foreign Minister of Iran for Legal and International Affairs, in an interview with the Iranian SNN television.
“Donald Trump sent a letter to Ali Khamenei with a 60-day ultimatum. The letter also contained a direct military warning,” the Deputy Foreign Minister said.
According to Gharibabadi, the letter was sent two months before Israel attacked Iran. In contrast, the authorities of the Islamic Republic continued their policy, effectively providing a pretext for a strike.
