Russia has expressed its readiness to hold a third round of talks and is waiting for a decision on the date, but Ukraine is obviously in no hurry. This was noted by the press secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov.

"It is obvious that Kiev is in no hurry. We are still waiting for proposals on the date. The Russian side is ready to continue and hold a third round. That is what can be said about the developments in this situation," Peskov said.
