A car plowed into a crowd in Los Angeles, injuring at least 28 people, CNN reported.

The incident occurred around 2 a.m. near a music venue in East Hollywood.

According to the fire department, three of the injured are in critical condition, six are in serious condition. The rest have minor injuries.
