Typhoon "Wipha" is raging in Hong Kong

Typhoon "Wipha" has lashed Hong Kong with heavy rain and winds of up to 167 kilometers per hour, causing the cancellation or delay of 400 flights.
The disaster injured 26 people and caused more than 470 cases of falling trees.
Local authorities have declared the highest level of danger, level 10, which was later lowered to level 3.
Classes in educational institutions have been suspended due to the typhoon.
