18 killed in South Korea floods

At least 18 people have died and 9 are missing in South Korea due to floods and landslides caused by heavy rains, the government reported.
The most serious situation is known to have developed in Sancheon County in Gyeongsangnam-do Province, Gapyeong County in Gyeonggi Province, and Seosan City in Chungcheongnam-do Province.
More than 14,000 people were forced to leave their homes.
