One of the passengers on the crashed An-24 refused to take off. According to SHOT, it is 55-year-old Marine Avalyan from Tinda.

Earlier, it was reported that an An-24 plane crashed in the Amur region. According to preliminary information, all 48 passengers and crew on board died.
