President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev met with US President's Special Envoy Steve Witkoff in Washington on August 7, Report informs.

First, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between SOCAR and ExxonMobil with the participation of President Ilham Aliyev and US President's Special Envoy Steve Witkoff.

The document was signed by Azerbaijan's Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov and ExxonMobil Vice President John Ardill.

Then, President Ilham Aliyev had a meeting with US President's Special Envoy Steve Witkoff.
