The Russian Federal Security Service reported this. According to the service, since the beginning of 2025, Ukrainian special services have increasingly used the sabotage scenario, in which criminals are eliminated along with the target. “Such examples include the terrorist attacks in the “Alye Parusa” residential complex in Moscow, in the cities of Stavropol and Lugansk, during which 3 Russian citizens operating under the supervision of Ukrainian special services were killed,” the Federal Security Service reported.
