US President Donald Trump has said he intends to discuss the issue of territories at a summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin, but believes that Kiev itself should make a decision on this issue.
"These issues will be discussed, but the decision will have to be made by Ukraine. I think they will make the right decision. But I am not going to negotiate on their behalf, I am here to bring everyone to the negotiating table," Trump told reporters on the presidential plane as he departed for Alaska.
