Kallas: "Putin hopes to get out of this mess dry"

Putin continues to drag out negotiations and hopes to get out of the water dry. This was stated by the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaia Kallas.

"The US can force Russia to engage in serious negotiations, and the EU will work with Washington and Kiev to ensure a lasting peace. Moscow will not end the war until it realizes that it cannot continue it," Kallas noted.
