Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz has approved a plan to capture Gaza City, dubbed “Gideon’s Chariots 2,” state-run Kan TV reported.

“After the operation, Gaza City will change its appearance and will never be the same,” the defense minister said.

According to the TV station, an announcement about additional mobilization of the IDF reservists is expected in the near future.
