Turkey also allows sending troops to Ukraine within the framework of guarantees. This was reported by the Ukrainian Ambassador to Turkey Nariman Dzhelal: "I just met with the Turkish Defense Minister Yasar Guler yesterday, we had a very good conversation. Turkey is ready to join in the Black Sea demining in the near future."

In addition to maritime demining, the Turkish side is considering proposals to participate in humanitarian civilian land demining. Also, as Dzhelal noted, Turkey is one of 10 countries that are already potentially ready to send troops to Ukraine.
