Vice Chancellor and Minister of Finance of Germany Lars Klingbeil arrived in Kyiv on an unannounced visit.
This was reported by UNIAN.
Klingbeil said that Putin should have no illusions that Germany's support for Ukraine could weaken.
"On the contrary, we remain the second largest donor to Ukraine in the world and the largest in Europe. Ukraine, which has been fighting Russia's military aggression for more than three years, will be able to count on Germany's support in the future," he noted.
