Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has received Stephen Dowty, the Secretary of State for Great Britain and Northern Ireland, APA reports.
Dowty congratulated Aliyev on the "historic results" achieved in Washington in the normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia and expressed his country's readiness to support this process.
Aliyev, in turn, stated that Azerbaijan will continue its efforts to advance the peace agenda and the normalization process with Armenia, the agency reports.
