Search and rescue efforts have not confirmed the death of a Russian mountaineer

Search and rescue operations in the area where Russian climber Natalia Nagovitsyna is staying have been completed. This was reported by the head of the Yuzhny Inylchek camp.
According to him, rescuers have precise information about her location, but cannot confirm her death.
It became known on August 19 that Nagovitsyna was stuck on Pobeda Peak. The 47-year-old climber broke her leg and was unable to continue her ascent.
