In general, the initialing of the peace agreement in the US, instead of its signing, reveals the consistency of Azerbaijan's position, said Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at a special meeting dedicated to President Ilham Aliyev's visit to Washington held at the Cabinet of Ministers, APA reports.
