7 people killed in typhoon in Vietnam

Typhoon Kajiki has killed seven people in Vietnam, the Vietnamese government has said.
Heavy rains caused by the typhoon, which flooded much of the capital Hanoi, have reportedly killed seven people and destroyed or damaged more than 12,000 homes.
The flooding has also destroyed many agricultural crops and left 1.6 million people without electricity.
