Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia: "Kyiv is openly sabotaging the agreements"

Kiev and European capitals are openly undermining agreements concluded with Russia and the United States, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said.

"We assume that there will be no deviations from these agreements (reached in Anchorage and Washington). We expect that this is how the situation will be perceived in Kiev and European capitals, where open sabotage is taking place. As of today, these actions cannot be called anything else," Ryabkov told reporters.
