He told me to give one of them to my friend Russell Voight. So I did. Since January, we have saved taxpayers tens of billions of dollars. And with the transfer of a small package of core programs to the State Department, USAID is officially in liquidation mode. Russ is now leading the process of liquidating an agency that has long since gone off the rails. Congrats, Russ,” the secretary wrote in a letter to X. |
