Trump did not rule out US involvement in wars

US President Donald Trump said that he does not want Washington to be involved in any wars, but added that his country would act harshly if a military scenario arose․
"I don't want to participate in wars“, he said in an interview with Fox News. “But if I do end up in a war, we will win quickly and it will be brutal."
Trump repeated his claim that he and his administration have ended eight conflicts in nine months, without specifying which ones.
