US President Donald Trump has appointed Army Secretary Dan Driscoll as his new special envoy to advance a peace plan to end the war in Ukraine.
The Guardian reports this, citing American officials.
According to journalists’ sources, a delegation of high-ranking American military officials—a group of US generals—plans to visit Moscow at the end of next week.
