In August, we made a decision to dissolve the OSCE Minsk Group and its associated institutions. This was a vital step in supporting the peace process and removing a major obstacle to the adoption of the OSCE budget,” Elina Valtonen noted. Note that the OSCE has completed the closure of the Minsk Process and its related structures. |
