![]() 1168 Thursday, 04 December, 2025, 15:00 The decision to dissolve the OSCE Minsk Group is a vital step supporting the Azerbaijan-Armenia peace process, said Finland’s Foreign Minister and the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Elina Valtonen, at the 32nd meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers. “I witnessed positive progress in the peace process between Azerbaijan and Armenia. In August, we made a decision to dissolve the OSCE Minsk Group and its associated institutions. This was a vital step in supporting the peace process and removing a major obstacle to the adoption of the OSCE budget,” Elina Valtonen noted. Note that the OSCE has completed the closure of the Minsk Process and its related structures. |
