Ukraine hasn’t yet agreed with USA on Donbas, Zaporizhia NPP, and funding issues – Zelenskyy

The President of Ukraine named the issues still pending with the United States in the context of the work on the draft agreement to end the Russia-Ukraine war as control over territories in Donbas, control over the Zaporizhia Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) in the city of Enerhodar, as well as the operation of this plant and its financing, in particular through the reparations loan mechanism.
"Regarding the sensitive issues we discussed with the United States: yes, Donbas is an unresolved issue, and we have different views. The nuclear power plant, which is occupied by the Russian Federation, is not operating, it’s destroyed, but it should be working and generating electricity – it’s our plant, our rights – the issue remains unresolved. The issue of money," Zelenskyy said at a press conference in Brussels on Thursday.
