Russian strike on Kharkiv outskirts: death toll rises to 4

Four civilians have been killed and six injured in a Russian missile and drone attack on the outskirts of Kharkiv on the night of 12-13 January. Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration reports.

The Kharkiv Oblast Prosecutor's Office posted footage showing the aftermath of a strike on a Nova Poshta logistics terminal. The video shows extensive structural damage to the logistics centre and lorries destroyed by fire. Emergency services continue to work at the scene.
