Iranian authorities release list of names of 2,986 victims of unrest

The statement noted that there is a discrepancy of 131 names between the official death toll of 3,117 and the number of names listed. Authorities explained this discrepancy by saying that the identities of 131 victims have not yet been established; their names will be included in a supplementary list.
