Ukraine's foreign minister on Russian strike on miners' bus: Those responsible must be held accountable

"No military target – just hardworking men returning to their families after their shifts. Truly horrific. Russia once again proves its status of a terrorist state." Sybiha stressed that those responsible for the attack must face justice. "Russian murderers responsible for this and other atrocities must face justice. Accountability is essential for a just peace." On Sunday, February 1, Russian forces struck a company bus carrying miners in the Dnipropetrovsk region using a combat drone.
