'You're the worst reporter': Trump unloads on #CNN reporter Kaitlan Collins in clash over Epstein files

Donald Trump has erupted at CNN’s Kaitlan Collins during a tense exchange in the Oval Office, launching a personal attack as she questioned him about files connected to convicted sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.
The confrontation unfolded as Trump sat at the Resolute Desk and initially fielded questions on the Department of Justice’s latest document release.

The mood shifted sharply when Ms Collins attempted to ask questions, raising the issue of Epstein’s sexual assault victims.

The US President cut her off and turned the focus on her personally.

“I don’t think I’ve ever seen you smile,” Trump said in a sarcastic tone.

“I’ve known you for 10 years. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a smile on your face.”

As Ms Collins went to ask another question, Mr Trump interrupted again.

“You know why you’re not smiling? Because you know you’re not telling the truth,” he said.

The exchange escalated as the president openly berated the reporter. “You know, you are the worst reporter. No wonder CNN has no ratings because of people like you.”
