Zelenskyy reveals updated figures on Ukraine’s losses in war with Russia

In Ukraine, officially, on the battlefield, the number of military personnel killed – both career soldiers and those who were mobilized – stands at 55,000," the head of the Ukrainian state said. He also noted that there is a "large number of people whom Ukraine considers missing." In February last year, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy also provided data on Ukraine’s losses since the beginning of the full-scale invasion in an interview with NBC News. According to him, the confirmed deaths of Ukrainian military personnel amounted to 46,000. |
