"The fourth service member, who was seriously wounded during Iran's initial attacks, eventually succumbed to their injuries," CENTCOM said, adding that "major combat operations continue and our response effort is ongoing." The military said the identities of the American troops killed over the last three days would be withheld for at least a day after their families were notified. |
