Pezeshkian: Iran will only continue talks within framework of international law

Iran's President Masoud Pezeshkian has firmly reiterated that Iran will continue all negotiations exclusively within the framework of international law and regulations, while underscoring Tehran’s firm commitment to diplomacy, regional stability and the protection of its national rights in the face of the US-Israeli war of aggression.
In a telephone conversation with French President Emmanuel Macron on Monday, President Pezeshkian emphasized adherence to international principles.
“The Islamic Republic of Iran is ready to continue the talks solely within the framework of international laws and regulations and with the aim of protecting the rights of the Iranian people,” he said.
President Pezeshkian stated that Europe can play a constructive role by encouraging Washington to respect these legal frameworks.
