#Tasnim: Iran ready for renewed war if talks with US fail

Iran is fully prepared for a possible resumption of hostilities if negotiations with the United States fail to materialise, according to a report by Tasnim News Agency.
The report comes as the agreed ceasefire period approaches its end, with tensions remaining high amid what the agency described as excessive US demands and the declaration of a maritime blockade, both of which it said are obstructing the restart of diplomatic talks.
Citing its information, Tasnim reported that Iran has spent the past two weeks treating the likelihood of renewed conflict as significant. During this period, the country is said to have carried out unspecified military movements and compiled a list of potential new targets in preparation for a possible escalation.
The agency added that Iranian forces are prepared to respond immediately in the event of renewed war. According to the report, Iran is ready “from the first seconds” of any new conflict to create what it described as a “new hell” for the United States and Israel.
