France’s Macron honors Armenian Genocide victims on April 24

In a post marking April 24, French President Emmanuel Macron said France commemorates the 1915 Armenian Genocide and bows before the memory of its victims.
Macron noted that the day is an opportunity to remember, to pass on historical truth, and to underscore the indissoluble bond that unites France to Armenia and the French people to the Armenians.
He reaffirmed France’s solidarity with Armenia and highlighted the enduring ties between the two nations on Armenian Genocide Remembrance Day.
